REFUNDS

RODI and saltwater delivery

• You can change or cancel your water order free of charge until 6pm on the day before your delivery by emailing hello@aquamonster.co.uk. You will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
• We test every fill at your door before pumping. If the water does not meet the stated specification (RODI at 0 ppm TDS, saltwater at 1.025 SG), you do not have to accept it and we will refund those fills.
• If we have to cancel a delivery, we will rebook it or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.
• Water that has been tested, accepted and pumped into your containers cannot be returned.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
