This privacy policy sets out how AquaMonster uses and protects any information that you provide when you use this website, including when you book a water delivery, join a waitlist, sign up to emails or contact us. Information we collect

  • Your name, email address and mobile number
  • Your delivery address and postcode, your chosen delivery day, and any parking or access notes you give us
  • Details of your orders
  • Your email address and postcode area if you join a waitlist for an area we don't yet deliver to
  • Your email address if you sign up for delivery news and offers

We do not collect or store your full card details. Payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout by our payment provider. We only receive confirmation of whether a payment was successful; your card details are not disclosed to us.

What we do with the information we gather

  • To take, deliver and manage your orders, including planning delivery routes
  • To text you about your delivery, such as your time window the evening before
  • To tell you when deliveries open in your area, if you joined a waitlist
  • For internal record keeping and to meet our legal and accounting obligations
  • To improve our products and services
  • To send you emails about offers or news, only if you have agreed to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We use your information to provide the service you have ordered, to meet our legal obligations and, for marketing emails, with your consent.

Who we share it with

We use Shopify to run our website and checkout, and our payment provider to take payments. They process your information on our behalf. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need to for accounting and legal purposes. Waitlist and marketing details are kept until you ask us to remove them or unsubscribe.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. To prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
